-RP Preferences-

Genres: I am very flexible when it comes to those genres. Tragedy/Romance is a something of mine, but I also like doing Psychological Horror stories. I haven't found anyone to do a good comedy roleplay with, but Action and adventure are pretty much my bread and butter

Timeframes: I prefer modern settings along with sci fi futuristic settings. Not often Modern Realistic, can be modern fantasy as well. I am also fond of settings with Supernatural Elements. I will occasionally step out of my comfort zone and try medieval here and there but I suck at it honestly

[Bzzt.....errror....]

Settings: I am open to most settings really, especially those set in the afterlife or demon world. For action roleplays mostly. Ofcourse, I don't really have a setting preference. I have however been wanting to do a spaceship setting as part of a crew.

Fandoms: Mostly fighting games such as Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Tekken, Soul Calibur, Dead Or Alive, Guilty Gear, or actions games such as Ninja Gaiden, Metal Gear Solid, Gundam, Zoids, some Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, some Nintendo series, and others. Feel free to ask

Likes: Moods are all over the place in my rps. I like Dark storylines, but I don't want them too dark. I like to do a lighter and softer rp every now and then. I especially like comedic stories with a sense of humor, especially Black Comedy [or dark comedy]. A theme I tend to like in most action stories is the complete absence of "destiny" or "fate". I have never been a fan of stories involving a "Chosen One" persay. However, it does have the sideffect of having a hero who is not a chosen one for a prophecy [yet is still succesful anyway] become interesting. I am also a large fan of themes involving martial arts in general. I also like stories that have a complete absence of "Black And White morality", allowing the characters to draw shades of gray. I would certainly like to play opposite of more rivals. My characters usually get allies and such but no rivals, so that would be a start. My

Dislikes: Wow, where do I start? For starters I hate Mary Sues and their male equivalent Marty Stus. They come in all flavors aside from your typical vanilla Mary Sue. There's jerk sues, relationship sues, villain sues, anti sues, and sympathetic sues. Continuity and consistency is something I always strive for in my roleplays so I always hate it whenever a plot hole occurs, or a plot element came up that wasn't foreshadowed and feels like an ass pull. This also regards characters who have new powers as the plot demands. I do not want to roleplay with a boring invincible hero, however, if you make him too far on the opposite end, you end up with a boring failure hero which is even more frustrating to watch and read about. I can't also can't stand false action girls [I'm looking at you Sakura from Naruto]. Girls who have skills in combat, but all they do is get beat up and get captured. I also hate Twilight Style vampires. No chatspeak during roleplays. No god modding. No memes. No weird fetishes like male pregnancy, bathroom play such as scat and urine, vore, and many other fetishes I won't name.

I will also address this. Most of my problems stem from Romance roleplays. If we're doing a action roleplay, that has romance, don't let the romantic subplot become a romantic plot tumor. I am referring to when a relatively weak subplot threatens to overtake the main story and brings it down with it. Satelite characters is something of a gray area for me. Characters who specifically revolve around another character. However, I do clearly hate a certain type of satellite character called Satellite Love Interests. These characters usually have little to no personality outside of the fact that they dig the main character. I hope not to do a roleplay where the other character is a satellite love interest. Also no love at first sight type stuff.

I must also say this, I like dark stories, but they can't be too dark or else they cause what I call "Darkness Induced Apathy". Meaning it doesn't really what happens to that stories world because that world is so crappy and there is not one single likeable character in that story. Atleast put likeable characters in the story.

Other: I only play pre existing characters when I feel like it which is once in a blue moon. It's quite rare that I do play them.

Anything else: I also do 18+ roleplays, whethey they contain a story or are simply PWP. Further details of what I allow and don't allow and such roleplays can be discussed. I do have limits however, so nothing weird like bathroom play
